Madonnari Off Main welcomes you to our 2009 Block Party! The fun begins at 5pm with T.B.M. Productions providing our entertainment, followed by Chicago locals Black Hole Trio, Heavy The Fall and LOVEHAMMERS!
Food
Snacks will be available during the day and evening. Glen Ellyn has a wide variety of fantastic restaurants that we welcome you to visit. Stop in for lunch and dinner, or pick up a picnic box to go and come back to Madonnari, relax and enjoy the music throughout the day.
Drinks
Beer, Wine and Frozen Drinks will be available for purchase for guests 21 and over. Please stop by the Registration Desk with your ID to receive a wristband. Customers may purchase 1 alcoholic beverage at a time. Last call for alcohol will be 10pm. You must stay within the designated Block Party area with alcoholic beverages. An assortment of non-alcoholic beverages will be available as well.
Merchandise
Madonnari Off Main tshirts will be available for purchase at the Registration Tent. Choose from the Madonnari Logo shirt, customize with a photo of your own artwork, or purchase our Special Edition Madonnari Block Party tshirt with all the bands listed. Quantities are limited but will be available to order when we sell out.
Entertainment
T.B.M. Productions begins the evening with a wide variety of music to enjoy. Black Hole Trio hits the stage at 6:30pm bringing a little Jazz Fusion to Glen Ellyn. Heavy The Fall follows with a high energy performance beginning at 7:45pm. And Lovehammers explode onto the stage at 9pm to headline the Madonnari Off Main Block Party.
Lovehammers Hollywood Getaway Drawing
Winners for our drawing will be announced at 10:45pm! Purchase tickets thoughout the day for only $20 or 6 for $100. Please check back often as this prize package continues to grow!
This drawing includes: 2 round trip airfare to Los Angeles with 2 nights hotel accommodations; Bicycle from The Bike Shop of Glen Ellyn and a Free Personal Trainer to get in shape for your Hollywood trip; Glamourous Make Over and Wardrobe from the Queen's Closet; Arbonne Intelligence travel set including skin and body care products; Rockstar tshirt from Pink Hippo Bows; Georgia Rae jewelry and accessories; a fantastic luggage package for your trip from Paisley On Main; 2 tickets to see the Jay Leno Show on Sept 24; and 2 Tickets to see the Lovehammers perform at their CD Release Party at the Key Club on Sunset Strip on Sept 25! Must be 21 or over to win, or accompanied by an adult with parental consent. Must be 16 or older to attend the Jay Leno Show.
If you'd like to participate in the drawing but cannot make it to the event, you can donate through PayPal! ENTRY CUT OFF TIME IS 10PM CST FRIDAY AUG 21, 2009! Safety Notes
If you're arriving by bicycle to Madonnari Off Main, please be sure to park your bike on the north side of the tracks as bicycles will not be allowed into the Block Party for safety reasons. We ask that you also leave your pets, skateboards and rollerblades at home, too as they will not be allowed. Thank you!
Please remember all net proceeds from Madonnari Off Main go to charity and benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, the Glen Ellyn Parks Foundation and the Glen Ellyn Gives Foundation. We have all come together to make this an exciting fundraising event and we thank you for joining us!
